Langra (Banarasi)

A classic cultivar from Varanasi and Northern India, Langra is known for retaining a greenish tinge even when fully ripe. Harvested in late July, it offers a distinct sweet-tangy flavor and fiberless pulp that is highly sought after.

Pairi

Oval in shape and weighing 250–450 grams, Pairi mangoes are known for their firm, juicy, fiberless, and sweet flesh. They have a pronounced scent and yellowish-orange pulp, ranking them among India's best-tasting varieties.

Himsagar

Originating in West Bengal, this popular cultivar features pulp that ranges from yellow to orange, is completely fiberless, and has a rich, aromatic flavor. Medium-sized (250–350 grams), it is a favorite in Eastern India and beyond.
